Triangle Area Parenting Support and WakeMed are hosting a drive-thru community baby shower! Please read the description of how you can support families in need through this event

Who is Invited: New and Expecting Parents and Caregivers of Babies throughout Wake County!

Thanks to a generous donation of diapers and wipes from the March of Dimes, Seventh Generation, and WakeMed Birth and Family Education, we will have FREE diapers and wipes to distribute to families. We will also have Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians from Safe Kids Wake County on site to help check and install car seats and we are working with some volunteers from the Notre Dame alumni club who are preparing some new parent care packages.

2. Supplies/need-based matters

If a non-profit organization is seeking supplies or donations for community members.

What we could use from sponsors or donors:
We would love to include raffle giveaways for bigger baby items such as a stroller, car seat, pack n play, and/or high chair, or other bulk newborn care supplies such as pacifiers, clothing, blankets, etc. that we could include in our giveaway packages.
We may need more diapers in sizes 1 and 2 (We have an excess of Newborn, 3, 4, and 5)
We have reached out to individual companies such as Bamboobies, Medela, and Lansinoh, but we’d love to include supplies to help promote breastfeeding in our care packs.
