The Feed Durham NC team would love for you to volunteer with us July 14 – 19 as we cook again for 1,500 neighbors in need. We’ll also pack grocery bags for families. July shifts for our No-Contact Cookout are posted to Buddy Do, the app that Feed Durham NC uses to organize volunteers. To join the [Feed Durham Volunteers] community on BuddyDo, where you can create an online profile or download the app to create a profile, go to “Get Information Here ”
IMPORTANT: Please read carefully about our COVID protocols and what to expect when you volunteer for a no-contact cookout.
Some ways to support the work are included below, and a PDF with more information about volunteering is attached.
- Donate $5 or more via $bullcityeats on CashApp or gofundme.com/feeddurhamnc
- Sign up to volunteer via Buddy Do or Google Form (we prefer BuddyDo),
- Schedule a COVID test if you’re planning to volunteer on-site and haven’t been able to quarantine
- Raise $200 among your circles of influence to support the July 14-19 cookout. Right now, we really need help with fundraising. Check out some quick and easy ways you can help us raise funds – posting to social media, sharing anything that inspires you about our work with your people (plus Cashtag + GoFundMe link), changing your profile and cover photos, etc.
