With more than 1.2M unemployment claims filed statewide since this pandemic began, demand for nonprofits has soared while the volunteer participation that the organizations rely on has declined.

So in the world of social distancing, where health is a top concern, how are nonprofits continuing to feed the people who don’t have access to enough food while also ensuring food safety?
