Kelly Higdon

With a diverse and comprehensive background, Kelly Higdon is an experienced executive assistant with a strong skillset in executive support, human resources, and office management. Currently serving as an executive assistant in a remote role, Kelly manages high-level tasks such as CEO calendaring and scheduling, email coordination, travel arrangements, and UWGT Board of Directors communications. She also collaborates with UWGT’s senior leadership on special projects while providing HR support. Kelly lives in Washington state with her husband Ryan and two children: Walker and Everly.

What Drew Me to UWGT?

I was introduced to UWGT through a company called BASE, and I am so thankful! I can honestly say that I feel so connected to the people, community, and work even being almost 3,000 miles away. That speaks volumes to the culture and values of the organization. I am proud to work among this amazing community full of inspiring folks every day.
