Will Dorsey Eden is Director of Future of Work at United Way Greater Triangle, where he partners with employers and education institutions to connect and align workforce efforts across the Triangle to unlock opportunity for all residents. With expertise in sector strategies, career pathway development, and workforce development, Will works at the intersection of the public and private sectors to grow access to quality jobs and economic advancement. He previously worked at Jobs for the Future (JFF), where he led employer engagement strategies and partnered with federal, state, and regional stakeholders to implement workforce development initiatives. His background includes experience as a high school teacher, community organizer, principal, and strategy and implementation consultant.
