In partnership with the Aspen Institute, we are joining with local stakeholders to offer a unique opportunity for workforce development professionals to strengthen leadership skills, collaborate across sectors, and drive meaningful change in our local workforce ecosystem.

  • Retreats, workshops, and online sessions led by national workforce experts

  • Collaborative Learning Labs to address regional workforce challenges

  • A 360-degree leadership assessment and development activities

  • Recognition as a Workforce Leadership Academy Fellow and inclusion in the Aspen Institute’s Economic Opportunity Fellows Network
