When we back an organization, it means the groundwork has been done, the outcomes have been reviewed, and the evidence points to sustainable impact. Funded organizations gain access to a network of corporate partners, peer organizations, and cross-sector relationships that strengthen their work and expand their reach. Investment isn’t only dollars moving through a grant agreement — it’s the hours a volunteer navigator spends with a family, the expertise a corporate partner lends to a program redesign, the mentorship a resident offers a young person entering the workforce. We align capital and community talent together, because a coalition with money and no one willing to show up doesn’t move as far. Every commitment is focused on advancing economic mobility for Triangle residents.
